
Bringing First-Class Service to a Parisian Penthouse
The Problem
Delta Airlines, the official partner of Team USA, needed an exclusive hospitality experience for their top-tier guests—C-suite executives and key clients—during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The challenge was to go beyond a simple VIP lounge and craft a "home base" that reflected Delta’s premium brand ethos and partnership commitment. Hosted in the already hyper-luxurious Bvlgari penthouse, the space needed to feel uniquely Delta and deeply personal.

The Solution
I understood that for these guests, true luxury is in a seamless experience where every detail is considered. As part of the team at TBA Group, my insight was to transform the penthouse into a "first-class lounge on land," meticulously infusing it with signature Delta touches that made guests feel both at home and completely pampered.
The solution was a multi-faceted event that turned a breathtaking space into a bespoke sanctuary. We designed the penthouse to be a relaxing retreat, allowing guests to unwind, watch the games, and connect in an intimate setting. To add a layer of memorable engagement, we hosted exclusive workshops, such as jewellery making, which provided a unique souvenir. The core of the experience was the small details—we introduced Delta's iconic food and beverage service, including a charming carousel bar and drinks trolleys, to replicate the feeling of a first-class flight. This subtle but powerful brand integration elevated the service, transforming a hotel event into a true Delta experience.

The Results
The Paris 2024 penthouse experience was a resounding success, earning rave reviews from Delta’s executive guests. By focusing on personalisation and attention to detail, we successfully elevated an already luxurious venue into a bespoke, branded "home base." The seamless blend of relaxation, exclusive activities, and signature Delta hospitality created a lasting positive impression, strengthening crucial business relationships and reinforcing the brand’s image as a leader in premium service.
