The Problem

Delta Airlines, as the proud official partner of Team USA, wanted to create an exclusive, high-impact hospitality experience for their most valued guests—C-suite executives and key clients—during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The challenge was to go beyond a traditional VIP lounge and craft a truly exceptional "home base" that reflected Delta’s premium brand ethos and unwavering commitment to the Olympic partnership. Hosted in the already hyper-luxurious Bvlgari penthouse, the experience needed to elevate an already world-class space, making it feel uniquely Delta and deeply personal.

The Solution

We realised that for these guests, true luxury is found not in grand gestures but in a curated, seamless experience where every detail is considered. Our insight was to transform the penthouse into a "first-class lounge on land," meticulously infusing it with signature Delta touches that made guests feel both at home and completely pampered.

The solution was a multi-faceted event that turned a breathtaking space into a bespoke sanctuary:

  • A Home Away from Home: We designed the penthouse to be a relaxing retreat from the Olympic crowds. Guests could unwind, watch the games on high-end screens, and connect with other top-tier guests in a comfortable, intimate setting.
  • Immersive Storytelling: Zones were dedicated to showcasing the rich history of the Delta and Team USA partnership, allowing guests to explore the narrative and feel a deeper connection to the brand's support of the athletes.
  • Exclusive Workshops: To add a layer of memorable engagement, we hosted exclusive workshops, such as jewellery making, providing guests with a unique, hands-on activity that served as a one-of-a-kind souvenir from their time in Paris.
  • First-Class Hospitality: The core of the experience was the small details. We introduced Delta's iconic food and beverage service, including a charming carousel bar and drinks trolleys, to replicate the feeling of a first-class flight. This subtle but powerful brand integration elevated the service, transforming a hotel event into a true Delta experience.

The Results

The Paris 2024 penthouse experience was a resounding success, earning rave reviews from Delta’s executive guests. By focusing on personalization and attention to detail, we successfully elevated an already luxurious venue into a bespoke, branded "home base." The seamless blend of relaxation, exclusive activities, and signature Delta hospitality created a lasting positive impression, strengthening crucial business relationships and reinforcing the brand’s image as a leader in premium service.
